I am Brother Hugo;

I look after the kitchens and organise the food for my brother monks.

I work in the kitchen and dining room called the REFRECTORY. I have to work very hard seven days a week to make sure all the monks and the Abbot are properly fed. Our meals are simple, and we drink wine and beer as the water is not always very good. On Fridays we eat fish.
